SWSG's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) represent critical components of any thriving health organization’s infrastructure. Beyond the traditional box-checking of corporate’s past, active and consistent consideration of DE&I has proven crucial in effective healthcare recruitment, at all levels of a company but especially within executive leadership. Without this, health organizations run the risk of being left behind as medicine, health, and the global landscape continue forward into a more robust and diverse society.
